Package 1: The Complete Experience

A safe and gentle space for reflection and healing after a challenging birth experience or loss. Each session is adapted to your pace and your needs, and may include the Rebozo technique as a gentle body-centred tool, helping to release physical and emotional tension held in the body after a difficult birth.
