A doula is a trained birth and postpartum professional who offers continuous emotional, physical and informational support during pregnancy, birth and the weeks after. Unlike a midwife, a doula has no medical role but is entirely focused on your wellbeing and experience. 

I offer my support in French, English and German, so you can always feel completely at home in our conversations. My website is currently available in French and English, but I am happy to send you all information in German by email!

The earlier the better! Many families get in touch during the first or second trimester, but it is never too late to reach out. 

Depending on the package, 1 to 3 prenatal meetings are included. Additional meetings can always be booked at 70€ each. 

Yes! I offer fully online support, which is ideal if you are not based in the Aix-en-Provence area or simply prefer the comfort of your own home.

What happens if my baby arrives earlier than expected? From 38 weeks onwards I am on call 24/7 for you. If you are in one of my full packages, I will be there whenever you need me. 

Do you support all types of birth? Absolutely. Whether you are planning a natural birth, an epidural, a home birth or a caesarean section, I am here to support you without judgment, whatever path you choose. 

Of course! I work alongside your partner, not instead of them. I also support partners so they feel confident and present during the birth. 

Do you offer payment plans? Yes! A 30% deposit is due upon signing, the remainder is due by week 36. Payment plans can be arranged individually. 

Is a doula covered by French health insurance? Most public health insurance does not cover doula services. However, some private supplementary insurance plans may reimburse part of the costs. I provide a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance provider.
