My Story

Birth has always fascinated me. Not as a medical event, but as one of the most transformative moments in a person's life. A moment that shows us who we truly are.

I have always had a natural gift for making people feel safe. Babies calm down in my arms. Mothers open up to me. And whenever someone needed support, I somehow always knew what would help.

Witnessing how deeply the right support can transform a birth experience moved me in a way I could not ignore. Seeing mothers feel heard, respected and empowered during one of the most intense moments of their lives, that is what set my path in motion. I knew this was what I was meant to do.

I completed my professional doula training at the DoulaPlus Akademie with Klaudia Kadau. What I bring to my work is not just knowledge but a genuine ability to understand and apply everything I learn, so that you always have someone by your side who truly knows how to support you.

What makes me different

I truly listen. I take the time to understand your fears, your wishes and your doubts. Everything has a place with me.

I work with evidence-based methods, breathing techniques, positions and informed guidance, but I also trust our intuition. Sometimes the body knows more than the mind.

I am honest. I will not promise you a painless or perfect birth. But I will always be straight with you, because I believe honesty builds trust.

I speak French, English and German, which means you can always express yourself in the language that feels closest to your heart.

My vision

I see a world where no woman has to go through pregnancy and birth without support. Where emotional care is just as natural as medical care. Where women hold, carry and strengthen each other.

I want to be part of building that world. One birth at a time. One family at a time.
